EEOC Plans to Continue With Virtual Mediation in 2021
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced via a press release that the virtual online mediation used during the pandemic, as part of a pilot program, has received rave reviews from participants and shall continue to be used in 2021. As one of two 2020 pilot programs, it was originally set to last six months.
