Gregg H. Mosson Named Rising Star by Maryland Superlawyers Magazine: 2022
Maryland Super Lawyers, the magazine, has named Gregg H. Mosson, Esq., a rising star in the field of Plaintiff's employment ligation for the sixth year in a row.
This 2022 rising star designation recognizes Mr. Mosson's work fighting on behalf of employees.
Plaintiff's employment law means representing employees against their employers, whether current or former, and concerning discrimination, retaliation, severance negotiations, grievances and grievance appeals, wrongful termination, whistleblower matters, disability rights, FMLA rights, and concerning other workplace disputes and claims. Mr. Mosson handles, of course, many matters outside of court as well as in Maryland state and federal courts.
Generally speaking, Mr. Mosson does more than simply go to court for his clients. He also counsels employees about handling workplace problems without litigation, behind the scenes, to prevent problems and advance careers. He just published a guide on employee rights: Employee Rights in Maryland: A Concise Guide for Knowing and Protecting Your Rights (Advantage Media, Oct. 12, 2021).
