Meet The Face Behind Mosson Law, LLC
I’m Gregg H. Mosson, the proud owner of Mosson Law, LLC.
I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.
After working for years under reputed attorneys in the fields of employment law, family law, and social security administrative law, I was ready to take on a fresh challenge. So in March 2018, I founded my own law practice, and it didn’t take long to establish myself.
My law firm had barely got off the ground when I was appointed as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Baltimore, teaching introduction to legal advocacy. At the University of Baltimore, I taught litigation motion drafting and argument from January through to May 2019, to rising 1L next-generation lawyers.
The teaching assignment complimented my day job as I was able to bring real-life case studies from my trials into the classroom. In fact, I was handling some of the same motions at Court while also teaching them in the academic hypothetical context. So far at Mosson Law, I have handled four custody trials at Baltimore County and Anne Arundel County Circuit Courts, where I achieved just results, and a six-day federal employment trial at the U.S. District Court for Maryland, Baltimore Division, which has yet to fully conclude due to post-trial motion's practice. During this time, I also have settled a few federal cases to achieve a just outcome without needing trial.
I find helping clients reach a favorable solution the most enjoyable part of my work. Sometimes, a solution means settling a dispute, achieving a resolution, receiving the Court’s judgment, or finding out the truth. On many occasions, it can be a combination of all these processes.
My business philosophy is to represent people seeking a just outcome while balancing the real-world concerns we all face. I help with goal attainment while explaining what is possible under the law. I always search for a resolution to workplace and family problems. I’m also receptive to financial constraints, time commitments, redressing wrongs, and also make an effort to obtain benefits for my clients, as and if applicable.
I attribute my business success to my ability to be a smart advocate, who listens and educates clients about the law. I also work hard to represent my clients by strategizing in advance, so that I myself and they are well prepared. At trial, I pride myself on preparation and mastery of the evidence involved, so I can be the best possible legal advocate. It’s satisfying to help someone resolve their legal problems so that they can move on with their life.
When I’m not representing clients, I enjoy going on day hikes, swimming at the gym, and reading the classics. Family life and supporting my children are my other interests.
I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
