Mr. Mosson is an Employee Rights and Employment Law Attorney. He focuses on representing employees in claims of illegal discrimination, retaliation, disability rights violations, wrongful termination, FMLA violations. employment contract disputes, and owed wages. He prosecutes legal claims under the Americans for Disabilities Act, Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, U.S. Family Medical Leave Act; concerning age, gender, national origin and race discrimination; Maryland’s wage and discrimination laws, unemployment benefits, whistleblower claims, and under Maryland common law.
